I fished the JCAA Fluke Tournament on Saturday.
The seas were pretty lumpy but we had a good time.
We caught a lot of fish and put 5 decent keepers in the box.
The top 10 fish at each weigh station win a prize.
I finished 10th at our weigh station.
I am OK with that considering how many people fish this
tournament I think that is a respectable finish.
Also caught a couple of big Sea Bass and some big Sea Robbins
which are going on the grill.

If you haven't already eaten the sea robins, cut their belly skin into strips and you'll have great fluke bait the next time you go out

I ate them tonight. lol
My first time trying Sea Robbins
I always heard how good they are and I gotta say
not bad at all. I would have them again when I catch
some big ones. The Fluke and Sea Bass are excellent
on the grill.
Thanks for the suggestion I'll will give it a try.
