Shore Fishing late November at Cupsaw Lake

Fished the swim club and diving board areas from shore today for about 2 hrs.Caught several Yellow Perch and Bluegills ,a Pumpkinseed and one Largemouth Bass about 1&1/4 lbs. Spoons didnt pay off but 16th oz.marabou jigs and 16th oz. Black/Blue tube jigs worked well .Slip floating at about 5&1/2 ' and working the jig horizontally worked but vertical jigging off the diving board wall like I was ice fishing worked best .Th bass came right off the wall slip floated .The southerly wind was strong and the fish were feeding up on the wall.I discovered a fine pattern today!

Catfishing in the creek... same spot has resulted in some nice Channel Cats - 15-20 lb range... nightcrawlers.

Sunny so fished the shady side timber n overhanging cover little bit of a walk but beautiful once u get up there , occasional swimmers n dogs . WATCH OUT for copperheads tho .
