Raritan bay

Got out Tuesday with my Pop, and his buddy, had a good drift early, then the wind kind of laid down, we put the usual mixed bag in the boat, sea robins, skates, dogfish, only had 2 fluke with one being a keeper, but always great to fish with the old man.

Damm - You're making me jealous and missing my boat. Looks like you guys had a good day on the water. Nice pic of Keyport harbor too. FYI: skate wings are good to eat as well as searobin filets. Searobin belly strips are also great for fluke bait

Belive it or not, but I used to catch them right thu the summer in Raritan , Sandy Hook and lower NY bays.

makes sense since it's cooler waters there!
