and the fishing starts soon time to dust off the rods and reels hope its a good year for all

Are you going to use lures or bait and what type? I'm used to using stretch 25, clams, worms and eels, but that was fishing from a boat. I would drift, troll and anchor. I never fished from shore for stripers, except when I was spear fishing in the surf.

just going to drown some worms and soak some clams in the river

Which do you prefer blood worms or sand worms?

Bloods for me in the Spring. They gobble them up like candy.

i use what ever the shop has at the time fishing up in the back some days bloods work some days sands work so i just go with the flow

well i got some fishing in and i am happy got into some bass lost one large fish so snagged a fresh bait and try again this time hooked up nice 30 bass with my new work time i can not get any fishing but i hope the bass stay around so i can get a few more i will post a pic later i had a good 4 nice fat bass
