Review: Sounds like you had a nice day of fishing! When I fish for blue gills, I use the hinge mussel from mussels and clams that I've eaten. Its small tough and they hit it hard.

Review: Went there and fished the wooded side of the pond, there is plenty of shore line access that is cleared. No bottom snags which is a first for me. We caught many blue gills, catfish and golden shiners, over 20 in about 4 hours. They bit on a few different gulp baits like corn and grubs plus dough balls (Philly Pretzels)
