Comment: The Spanky's I use are them Green Pumpkin and the Black w/red Fleck. Wacky Rigged (just let it fall).

Comment: I used the texaposer hooks for the slug-o's. I hook them weedless the belly towards the bottom and dead stick it most of the time. Wait several seconds and twitch twitch it let it sink. remember it is a injured bait fish. I also used the sinking slug-o's so I can get through the weeds and mat. It sinks faster than the regular ones. I used the 6 / 4-1/2 and 4" ones. The perch colors are the best. I use them all the time with the spanky's and the whipsticks. even when fishing is tough I always catch them on the slug-o my go to bait.
