Took my young nephew out for our annual party boat trip on Monday, hot as all hell, and very few fluke caught, i think only 3-4 keepers were caught all day. My nephew did hook into a cownosed ray, and he surely had a blast catching that, it damn near stripped all his line on the first run, he did finally get it to the boat though. Have a vid i will try and get it on here later.

Because of the recent heat wave I think the watertemp. is too warm and you'll have to move to the deeper cooler waters in the channels or fish outside the hook. At least thats what worked in Raritan and Sandy Hook bays.
